Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ELEVEN11 mobile application (“the app”) operated by Forged Tech (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ELEVEN11. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Some features (chat, social matching) require you to be 17 or older in line with the App Store age rating.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your profile and to keep it current.
- One account per person. Do not share your account or impersonate another person.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate any person.
- Post or send sexually explicit, hateful, or unlawful content.
- Solicit minors or send unsolicited commercial messages.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share.
We operate a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report any user or message from inside the app; reports are reviewed and acted on, including by removing content and banning accounts. Repeated or severe violations will result in permanent account termination without refund.
User content
You retain ownership of the text, images, and audio you create inside the app (“User Content”). By posting User Content visible to other users (e.g. profile, chat, posts), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating the app. We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
- ELEVEN11 offers a Plus subscription and one-time credit packs (Pairings for compatibility checks, Insights for the Oracle), purchased through the Apple App Store. Pricing is shown in your local currency in the app and on the App Store.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings; we cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable.
- All purchases are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple under their refund policy.
Astrology disclaimer
ELEVEN11 is provided for personal entertainment and reflection. Horoscope readings, Oracle responses, and compatibility scores are not predictions of real-world events and are not a substitute for professional advice — medical, psychological, financial, or otherwise. You are responsible for the decisions you make.
The Oracle's answers, your daily readings, and compatibility narratives are written by artificial intelligence (AI), based on your chart. They can be wrong or incomplete, so treat them as reflection, not fact.
Privacy
Your use of ELEVEN11 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we handle it.
Account termination and deletion
- You can delete your account at any time from inside the app (Settings → Delete my account). Deletion removes your profile, charts, sessions, and chat history; it cannot be undone.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the app in a way that harms other users.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be surfaced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ELEVEN11 and Forged Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.
